1973 Beaver

Does anyone know about Beaver Motorhomes? There is a 1973 for sale, 31,000 miles for $6,000. I have never heard of this name before? Seems a little pricey for 1973. If you look at the website Affordable RV and cars a picture is posted.
Thank you for the help.
Karen

I believe the one you're looking at is a 1983, at least I found one that matched the rest of your description. If I found the right one it really looks great, but you can only tell so much from pictures. Here's a link for some history you might find interesting. Good luck to ya'.

Also, here's the link to the one I found.

Information online about the history of Beaver Motorhomes, and the progression , from independent producer , through various companies of use of the name.
Always known as a high end model , and limited production in the early years, by the time you get to a 1973, it would be condition, condition , condition and service records, that would dictate the asking price.
If the unit is road ready with good tires ( less that 3 years old) then the price isn't out of line. If it needs tires and other work before it can be driven; well that's another story.

Looks to me to be well cared for. If I was looking I would be interested. Interior looks really nice. I base when I am looking, is condition exterior/interior. I have to replace my tires after 5 years of use. $1600.00 check the dates. How many hours on genny that can tell a lot also High hours low miles might mean it was parked and used as a cabin/lake home. Beaver makes nice MH's
JMO.
Tim
Hope you let us know if you get it. and
