On the 1984 Imperial there is one GFCI circuit. Circuit #2 in the left breaker box is that circuit. Turn it off and turn it back on. If that doesn't get the outlets working you might have what I experienced. The wiring on all the outlets have the romex cable pressed into prongs on the back of the outlet. There are no screws involved. After lots of miles of jiggling, some times one of those wires will break from the prong cutting into the wire. When that happens the whole line of outlets on that circuit will not work. Mine happened to be the GFCI circuit which controls all the outlets in the bedroom, bathroom, outside, and on the passenger side of the living room. Trying to find that broken wire can be a challenge since pulling the outlets out of the wall practically tears the wall up. As I said before, there are no screws, everything is a pressed on fit. Good Luck
