Here is an update on what has happen with this beauty
Maiden Voyage went well no real problems just learning different things about the motorhome.
Second trip/Seahawk game went to pick up the MH and it started didn't really want to but did. I let it run for 15 minutes or so then proceeded to leave and I had turned it off before leaving my work which is where it's stored and went to start it back up and NOTHING. We were pretty sure the starter was going out so I tried to start the MH about 3 hours later and it starts right up! So I said let's go worst thing that can happen it won't start after the game is over but I have AAA so they could tow it back
Came out from the game and sure enough it starts so I proceeded to head back. The next day we replaced the starter and sure enough it starts just fine now.
Found out that my Fuel switch from main to aux wasn't working so we think we got that fixed as well.
I knew I had a roof leak on rear corner of the MH and that was confirmed when it was raining last week. Sure enough water just trickling down the inside wall previous owner had already took down the paneling in the closet where it was leaking at. So I asked a former rv tech what to use and he recommended called Volkem 801. I finally located a gallon and yesterday I re sealed the roof which was pretty damn easy. I removed all the old sealant/caulking or whatever else was up there and then applied the Volkem.
So I think now we are good to go. So far the motor seems to very strong and the generator has been running great.
Starting to really like these older MH's just fun to tinker with but it helps for buying it for a awesome price.
GO HAWKS!
