1987 Pace Arrow LB 34 -roof material

just bought a 1987 Pace Arrow LB 34 ft and am wondering what kind of roof it has.. not sure myself -seems to be metal but ?.. have a couple leaks and want to stop them. Also is the hide plastic / is wanting to come off on one side - kinda bubble up and is separating. am driving it back to Texas from Idaho. got duct tape on it now to get her home. tried to put some liquid nail but unable to keep side flat in the middle of a drive way.

Hi stymie,

I can't answer the roof question, sorry. If your trim is the stick on type, you can get some replacement double sided auto body trim tape (3M) at the auto parts store. For it to work, you must really, really thoroughly clean the backside of the trim and the vehicle (where the trim attaches). This means getting rid of all the old adhesive which is not as easy as it sounds. Once the old adhesive is gone, clean it well with a bit of rubbing alcohol and then apply per the directions. This has worked well on my rig.
