1988 Ford E350 seat belt sleeves

The plastic sleeves over my seat belts (that hold the inside belt up) have gotten brittle and fell apart. Do you know anyone that sells them or something you can make a replacement out of? I thought about using pvc pipe and heat it to flatten it out. Any ideas?

The buckle half of the belt should slide out the top of the rigid support , when the bottom bolt is removed , and you should be able to round up a replacement from an auto salvage yard. The belt set up was the same for many years.
