1989 GulfStream w/Chevy 454

Hello all! If you didn't see my intro post, I am helping out my pardner at work with his vintage GulfStream RV project. I haven't had any luck finding on line diagrams for the fuel system, which is the current headache, it's leaking some at the fuel fill neck (probably just old and rotten) and also at this part that is mounted on the frame and the fuel tank, it's on the passenger side and sits in a hole in the frame. It has a square housing with phillips screws and then a cylinder with a hex key threaded plug in the end, it looks like some kind of drain? Any GulfStream gurus that want to lend some advice? This is going to be a locally driven RV, it won't be taking too many long trips, he's just going to use it at our job. Thanks so much!
