1989 Winnebago Warrior Class A 27 ft WCF27EU

We have decided that we just don't have the time to restore our 1989 Winnebago Warrior Class A 27 ft RV. Plus we are just getting too old!

I have been searching online for our particular RV for several days so I can get an idea of what price to ask when we sell it.

There are tons of Braves and Chieftans for sale, but I have found none like our RV. It just seems really strange that I can't find any.

The title says factory price was $45,426.00. It has a Chevy 454, I think. It has 22,504 miles on it, and has been under an RV carport.

The last time it was started was 5-6 years ago, so I am assuming it will need new tires, engine work, new wiring, etc. We had a rat problem and had to replace wiring on one of our cars, so I have assumed the RV will need new wiring since it has been sitting.

The inside still looks great. Everything was working the last time it was used...generator, refrigerator, stove, etc.

Since it will be a project for someone, what should my asking price be?
thanks,
