1990 econoline paint

I have moulded fiberglass running boards, front air dam as well as rear wheel well covers and I am not having any luck getting the matching " YY " color coded paint. Anyone done a color scheme they love? I'd appreciate pictures!!

Why not go to a professional body shop/collision clinic that paints. If you do not know of any, get a referral from your insurance agent. They have all the colors samples to look at and can blend colors to match those faded by years if sunlight.

I don't know what color it needs to be but a good friend of mine owns a Collision Center and I know one of the first words out of his mouth would be how much "flex agent" needs to be put in the paint and what type of paint is needed for the types of parts you mention. Don't just paint them a color because they sound like the parts that flex and the paint would have a hard time staying on. They put that "flex agent" in all the rubber/new bumper paint to make it stay on.

Hope this helps.
