Did a quick google search, can't find anything about Pronto. Looking at your profile pic I see it's a Class C.
It should have separate coach and chassis batteries and an inverter to charge them.
An inverter will also supply power to all of your 12 volt lights and accessories.

As far as how well it drives, I suppose it's like any other vehicle, depends on how well it's been maintained.

Are you planning on taking her out for a trip?

Your coach certainly has a CONverter, which is what changes 120 volt AC power to 12 volt DC, to charge your batteries and run your lights/water pump while plugged into shore power.

An INverter changes 12 volt DC battery power into 120 volt AC; in other words, allows you to watch TV and use the vacuum cleaner using only the batteries while NOT hooked up to shore power.

Its unlikely that a rig as old as yours has an inverter as original equipment, although one may have been installed by a previous owner.

Whoops, I think I had a senior moment.

Chief is right, you should have a voltage converter, although a voltage inverter may be a nice addition.
