Does anybody know how big the gas tank is? I'm saving up for a fill-up!

If you have a F53 Ford gas chassis it should be 60 gallons.
When asking questions I would suggest putting more info about your rig in either the post or add a signature with your coach info.

I have the P30 chassis on my 87 Allegro and they normally came with a 75 gallon tank. If you are as lucky as me the previous owner put in a 120 gallon tank. That was sticker shock the first fill up. Just kept going and going. $430 later it stopped.

Happy Holidays

Thanks everybody. It's a p-20 chassis, GMC. I still can't figure out how to add left side info under the pic?

I'm half-way through a total gut reno. Exterior done-ish, bus is now clean and dry. Fiberglass roof, molded edge to sides, all roof openings on 1/2' stand-offs. Windows removed and rebedded with 3M 5200. New stern, new paint and started diamond plate trim. Interior walls all formica, bamboo floors. Elec and water next. Replaced fuel fill hose, now that's a job!

Sounds like quite a project you took on. If you have any other questions, feel free to post back with them. Have fun and good luck.

I have the P- chassis and it is a 78 chassis on a 79 coach. Have the 60 gallon tank. I heard that some came with 100-120 gallon tanks. Also some came with 80 gallon tanks. Best idea is measure the size of the tank and see if your MH co. can help you figure out which one you have. I wouldn't try the Chevy dealer as it was delivered to the coach company with, i think 5 gallon tanks for the transport only. The coach company replaces them with whatever sized tank was asked for. Good luck on your rebuild,. Dan
