If you're just looking for a Piezoelectric spark generator, you could buy one like this:

Weber Replacement Igniter Kit-7510 - The Home Depot

You'd just have to fasten the spark gap in the pilot gas opening and mount the button. The spring loaded button puts pressure on quartz pieces that generate a spark. Very simple gadget, I used to use them in science demonstrations in my classroom.
