Awesome job. I know it's been a lot of work. Now you know exactly what you have. You know where the water and electrical runs are ect. Now onto the next project. I need a garage built for my class A, when can you start.

Sucessfull trip
Well we are back from our maiden trip and I thought I would post the outcome for all you people that help support this endeavor.
First off there was only one issue with the camper, the aluminum skin under the bunk vibrated off while driving in the first 3 hours. As we where driving on I75 North in Michigan, when we reached 72 mph we heard a very load humming sound, we slowed down and pulled over to the nearest exit and looked everything over. I first though it was the bearing in the small trailer where the culprit, as I had re-packed them and all. Then we started off again and the noise returned. At this point I though it was the new truck, only 3 weeks old. So we slowed down and set the cruise at 68mph. Then an hour later the noise returned. And progressively got worst. I had one of my kid stick their head out the window and listen to where it was coming from. Sure enough the sound was coming from the camper above us.
10 minutes later we heard a pop and pulled over immediately. Sure enough the skin had pulled loos from the sides and the seam just under the front lower leading radius joint. Very minor scratches to the truck, but a 4' x 70+" piece of aluminum is not free.
Pulled into a small rule town, something that America should take pride in, they are a unique Gem to your society, and stopped at a local hardware store. purchased $41 dollars of screws, gorilla tape, 3 plastic putty knives, and various other little things. Took off the corner molding and reattached the skin to the under side of the camper. Total time 1 hr lost. Taped everything up after re-installing the corner bead. Ran the whole week and 1/2 as repaired. Still need to get it into the garage to complete a final repair.
The root cause was the shin was not screwed enough to the underside, originally 4 screws, now 8 in 2 rows, when repaired, another row up the center.
Other than that not much other things happened with the camper.
I do have a questions on water conserving, I installed a spray port on the outside for the external shower. I used it one day to clean up a limit on birds and used all the water onboard. Is there a spray head that hooks to a garden hose that has a water saver, but cut the amount of water usage in 1/2?
Power supply dropped out 2 times, but that was because we had the vent fan, 3 lights (non-LED), and all the flood lights outside on. We just 0switched to batteries and turned off some of the floods. Need to look at upgrading the power supply this year.
Thanks again for all the help and look forward to the answer to my question.
