37 foot Winnebago Elandan gut and remodel

need help and info about the air compressor and Air Sensor-ride system used on the 1989 Winnebago Elandan. Beginning work on the system mentioned. Owners manual advises to pre-fill the air tank with at least 100 pounds pressure if the unit has been idle for more than a few months, well mine has been idlea few years. I have cleaned and rebuilt the compressor and pumps fine, however my manual does not tell or show where to pre-fill the compressor storage air tank, anyone know, if so please educate me. I see no kind of fill/air vlave to fill it thru

1989 Winnebago Elandan

Removed the tub/shower surround today. Found a lot of delaminated subwall, but no real rott, replaced that, cut and dry fitted new panels. Tomorrow will remove the tub, try painting it white from its current bone color. This newer Fushion paint is supposed to do well with plastic and fiberglass, so will see..

Did you get the air tank pre-filled?

You’re welcome, by the way.

no sir, as i said i have all the manuals on this unit, but no where do they indicate or say where the air fill valve is on the air system. the water purge valve for the air tank i found esily but nothing that looks like a fill valve, so will continue looking. sorry meant to thank you for the input earlier. will just continue on the other needed repairs and forget the air system/for now. i think there are two other out there rebuilding the sme unit, have pm and emailed them but no response so, maybe they are having no luck locating it either

And you traced the entire air line? Is it possible the line was replaced? If so, what I would do is cut the line, add a tee valve in there. That way, you'll be able to fill it.

Just remember the acronym K.I.S.S. No point in wasting time looking for something that's not there, if you traced the entire line.

will tap in to line from compressor to tank, as you suggested, going to include a T to run new prefill line into a basement compartment, with a guage and access line to use filled tank if air needed for something else on road side or camp site, thanks for your advice
