77 cadet, no voltage interior lights

i cant find where im loseing power.i just bought it,i have never plugged it in to see if they work,but they were working when i jumped the terminals with jumpercables(becouse it only came w one bath.its old,and im new to this,but fromiliar with my toolbox.

The 12 VDC loads are fed from the house battery, if its bad or nones there NO LIGHTS ETC........Most RV's have a 120 VAC to 12 VDC Converter/Charger so if youre plugged into shore power 120 VAC it charges the house battery PLUS powers the 12 VDC lights and vent fans and water pumps etc.
