I just looked and only found the pic of the shower area. Is there more than that? what is that between the shower fixture and the hose to the shower head?

I didn't get if figured out and haven't had the time/motivation to sit here and figure out how to get more pix posted. Sorry.
That thing is a lever that shuts off the water while soaping up. That way we keep the temp settings for the water while we are conserving water as we shower. We boondock a lot so water conservation is top priority. We also have a conservation shower head which makes it feel like there's lots of water. Works better than those wands with a button to supposedly shut it off while soaping up. We tried 3 and all continued to leak water when it was supposedly shut off.
