Your best bet it too look around our pump is mounted too the floor under the kitchen sink. Not sure on the genie but mine (Onan) won't start/run if the gas tank is below 1/4 as not too run the MH out of gas or the oil is low. There are sites

ps I forgot about keys, if for storage compartments try a CH751 its a Master too lots of those type locks. any Key shop should be able to make you 1 or 2
