'79 Ford 16.5" wheel swap

Howdy and Happy New Year's! I have a'79 25' class C built on a Ford E350 with rear dual wheels. I have been considering swapping out the original 16.5" wheels for the 16" wheels due to limited tire availability. I've read countless articles on various forums about this and getting aftermarket wheels but that costs a small fortune. I found a guy that is parting out a '91 Ford class C and I believe that by 1991 Ford had converted to the 16" rims. Does anyone know if the 16" Ford wheels from the '91 will convert right over or is it a different bolt or hub configuration? Thanks for your help in this matter!

As long as my memory still works you won't have a physical problem changing them over. Maybe a speedometer reading difference due to tire size.
