HA! I thinkI can answer that, although I can't be sure yours is the same as ours. On ours, the middle switch by the door operates the light in the ceiling located approx in the kitchen area. Whats confusing is there is also a switch on that light, so if the switch on the light is off the switch on the wall does nothing. Turn that light on with the switch on it and operate the switch by the door. You'll know then.
Oh and the last switch should work either the outside light or a light by the steps leading out

The middle switch is for the ceiling lights and it is a 3 way switch. It lights all three of ours. The switch farthest from the door is the porch light. The switch in the bedroom is the other end of the 3 way. This way you can turn the ceiling lights on and off from the front of the coach or in the bedroom

Cheers!

Good Morning All! I am a new member. Am looking at purchasing a 36 year young HR Imperial. Excellent condition and well loved and cared for. 80k miles. GMC Chassis 454. Banks stainless steel headers. Am sorta just asking for some feedback before I jump into such a “vintage” old motorhome. Thanks for the welcome here and your comments. MD

I have an Imperial 1987, 33 foot. The switches on the right of the entrance doorway while entering up the steps. The first switch on mine turns on the electric steps with the orange step light.
The second turns on the outside light at the door (porch light).
The 3rd one turns on the mood lights
# 4 turns on the night lights.
The bedroom has two switches, one for night light and the other is the mood lights in the rear.

Thanks all for your information!!! Switches were as identified(3way and lights). I just recently got all 12volt working in the coach, twas a 40 amp glass fuse that looked "GOOD" but was not....Super excited. Only thing I cant get on is the tank/water pump control panel above the door. Going to look into it more this week since it has cooled off. Again THANKS for all replies, 2.5 months into ownership and its looking up--Peace
