If you can not read them you will have to trace them out to find out what they are.
You can write a new label or use one of them hand held labelers with plastic sticky strips.

Facing the stove panel going from left to right: water pump, water heater, hood light, hood fan.

On the instrument panel do you need an ID for all switches?

I wouldn't mind knowing what they are myself..
I have an 86 and none of my switches around the home are labeled.

Driver's Panel sitting in the seat left to right: first group; top knob is windshield wiper, middle button is windshield washer, bottom is cigar lighter. Second group; top knob is headlights, second is blank, third button is aux start button (connects all three batteries together in case of a dead engine battery) . Below the heater controls you have the panel for the RV systems. Left to right: battery condition, LP gas level, gray and black holding tank levels, and the final switch is the fresh water tank level.
The middle panel with one switch is the power step control. The last panel to the right is for the generator: start/stop and the hour meter. The switches near the mid entry door are for: interior floor lights and the outdoor porch light. Some units have a step control there also. Hope this helps you guys out. See you down the road.
