85 Southwind Headlight adjuster

I need to replace all the headlight hardware on my Southwind. Anyone recognize this? What vehicle it may have come from? I'm hoping it's just a standard part from something... But what?

Looks like an old Ford adjuster. Take a look at Dorman 42171 to see if that fits. Available at most part stores.

That looks just like it without all the rust! Thanks... I'll get them on order :-)
