86 tioga question re: dinette

Ive been daydreaming about my newest project: making over my 86 Tioga 26' motorhome. its in good shape inside. just isnt pretty (old original decor). and i want to spruce it up a bit with vinyl or laminate flooring, new painted walls and new curtains. I'm also thinking of removing the dinette and putting in a small love seat. The camper is parked a couple counties away so I can't see it right now, but the pics show the dinette doesn't have under bench storage drawers. Does this mean the benches are concealing something underneath? I honestly can't wait till I get to see it in 2 weeks and my obsessive compulsive brain won't let me sleep.

The wheel well should be under the seat reason no access door and the plywood seat should lift up some will be screwed down showing it's not meant for storage.
