88 pace arrow roof repair

We just bought a 1988 Pace Arrow. Its been sitting for 8 years. I knew That the roof was leaking and needed to be recaulked. What I didn't realize is the roof was fiberglass and the side caps were aluminum. I bought the cauking before I found this out I didn't even know they had fiberglass roofs. The rv dealer I went and got the caulking from thought is was a rubber roof. Will this caulking work on the fiberglass?

What does it say on the container? If not sure and you haven't opened it take it back and get the stuff you need.

Kris: I have an old all fibreglas MH and I use fibreglas repair mat and two part epoxy I get at Wal-Mart for repairs. It is easy to use and sand and dries rock hard in very short order. I can say without doubt it will work for you if you can locate the leak areas and apply the glas to it. Jim
