89 P30 Chassis rear air bags, Fuse?

Can anyone tell me where the fuse or breaker is for the rear Sensor ride air pump? Mine was working fine but I went out to blow it up this morning and it sounded like it tried and then nothing. The switches for the individual bags are clicking but the pump will not run in manual or automatic. I thought it might have frozen but the temperature is above freezing right now. I checked all of the fuses and breakers under the hood and all are good, cannot get to pump because unit is just about on the ground. To the best of my knowledge it does not have an axillary line to air it up with.
