a vintage club in the NW?

so who is up to having a vintage club here in the NW? nothing formal, just a bunch of vintage rigs getting together and doing some camping around the NW and or whereever. lets hear from ya all.

Well, you've supplied a nice list of Vintage Trailer groups, none of which seem to state specifically that they're based in the Northwest .

There are a few of us out West who get together a couple of times a year. Our next outing will be at the Hood River County Fairgrounds in April. Let me know if you are interested. A site I have put together is Home - Northwest campers . Take a look if you dare. Les

Outlaw, I'm a member of it, so I think its open to more than just winnies, though they make up the majority of current members .

Here's my blog entry of the fall jamboree:

The Hood River County Fairgrounds has a big grass field with elect., water and a dump station for RV's. The past 2 years that we have attended the Blossom festival, 100 or so venders put on a craft/wine and food show in the fair buildings. It is free to attend the festival and $15.00/night for the RV. A nice shower house with coin showers is close by.
Other than that our group of campers hang out and eat, tell lies and enjoy life. It is called "Hoodstock" and we enjoy Tie Dye. Many of us are retired, several retired recently, so what else can I tell you? No reservations taken. Room for 300 RV'S I was told once. Show up, bring food for a pot luck Saturday night, we like to eat. We might have a LUAU Theme this year so bring your grass skirt and coconuts or whatever. Peace Hood River County Fair Most of us show up Friday and leave Sunday but you might want to stay longer. April 15th - 17th 2011

thanks for the info. sounds like alot of fun. well if everything goes good we will be there. will post pic's of our rig as soon as we get it. the dealer we got it from went thru it an found the fittings for the propane tank were leakinf so it went to a propane place to get that all fixed an certified. also something is wrong with the gen., so that is to be fixed too. so as soon as this is done we will pick it up.
