AC fan not starting

Hi all. New here. Just recently got a 1977 Bendix Citation that's a project. Took it out last weekend and the ac worked fine Friday but after turning it off, fan wouldn't start. Compressor kicks on but no fan in ant position. Pulled the top cover and cleaned it. Fan turns easy. I'm thinking it's a fan capacitor, but can't find one online. Ac is a duotherm brisk air. Attached is the schematic from the unit. Can I just get a hard start capacitor to help it?

You can check for voltage at the fan motor itself to see if it has power.

You can also ,with the power off, put your meter on ohms and check the motor windings to see if it's open.
