The pre-2000 tires used a 3 digit date code that consisted of week/week/year. If 076 is indeed the date code, 076 would most likely be the 7th week of 1996.

Yes I understand it that if a tire has 3 digits it was made before 2000. After that tires have 4 digits. So yours would be 7th week made in 1996. Way too old.

That age does not seem possible, thery are like new, no cracking , very little tread wear etc.perhaps I got the wrong numbers, here are pictures of two diff tires on the rear end and the numbers I found

Plus if you can take the vehicle to a tire shop and ask them to determine the tire date.

What do all the numbers right after the Letters DOT stand for, we thought the Y7 meant Year 07. I have a copy of the factory build sheet, so I know the camper came from the factory with Michelins on it in 1991, It was purchased by the prior owner in 1999 and it has a total of 33K miles now and it has ALL BRIGESTONE TIRES ON IT.
The spare tire is a Michelin probably from new and is probably the original and never used.

If you know that the tires have been on the coach since 1999 that is 13years and they should be replaced. From the date code they are 16 years old. I wouldn't bet my butt on 'em.

Based on your posting I believe your tires are from the 7th week made in 1996. Change them now and don't drive on them. I would have someone bring their equipment to you and mount tires on your rig.

I have tons of paperwork but I have nothing showing when the tires were replaced, Guess I have to start saving up for tires

Does the code not say '0761? That would make them 2001 tires.

That would mean 7th week maybe 1961. Lol. Not possible. They are 7th week 1996. You can google it but manufacturers sometimes put a star or a special character at the end to signify that the tire was manufactured before the year 2000.
