I got fed up with waiting for the ads to load, so I didn't see all 43 photos. It doesn't look like the "flying bridge" has driving controls, but it would be a neat place to ride if someone else was driving.

It does have controls on the Flying Bridge. You had to to get to picture 30 something to see them. See Photos below. Top 2 are of the inside controls and the bottom 2 are of the Flying Bridge controls.

If there is a brake on this thing it is operated by the left foot
