Welcome to IRV2 BigBusguy@yahoo.com !!
You will be able to get all sorts of info here because this is the friendliest RV site around!
I will start with the posting a photo dilemma...
What you need to do is put your picture up on the web...either here or at a place like Photobucket, Picasa or Webshots. Once you have your picture there...make sure the pic is not as an icon.. right click the picture...go to propeties.. copy the photo URL ..come back to your post... click on the green box which is your photo symbol...paste the photo URL into that line... then click OK and the post ...

BBGuy, glad to have you here. Coach looks nice for an old gal. It is 5 years older than our Silver Streak.

Trying to post some more photos but all say pending approval.
Maybe this photo will show up.
Yesterdays project was talking out the heater out to clean it oil the motor.
I was told when I got the motor home to light the heater you use a match stick it in the view hole. Well after I got it all apart and removing 100's of burnt matches inside . I see it has on of them push button the makes a spark.
It was a simple fix just needed to put the screw holding it on back in.
Its going to take a long time to get every thing back to a 100% . A lot has been messed with in 30+ years.
I will never understand why when somthing simple stops working some people rip out wires put on aftermarket switchs .
Things fixed so far.
Windsheld wipers: Right side works or not works every time. Left side Off is On and On is Off .
The fix: Put the wires back on the right termanls. Take the back of the switch off clean the contacts.
Works like new.
Heater: fix the spark pilot light starter.
454 Motor: put the plug wires on the right cylnders 4 was wrong and it still run!!!
This is why i like classic motor homes all the fun making it right.
If any one is near Notth Idaho and is in need of help fixing wiring or? let me know just stop on by I can take a quick look at it.

thanks,
I found mostly trailers .
I still have not found any like mine.
The more I get into all the working things the more I like it.
The whole motor home is built with 2" square aluminum tubing no stick and staple here. On a P30? 13000 gvw Chevy motor home chassis. I hope soon I will find some info in this,
I remember long time ago seeing a motor home add with one sitting on it roof up side down? Any one remember what brand?

Been fixing more stupid things the previous owners did. At one time some one did a good job replacing all the ceiling panels then some one removed the ones up front I guessing to move some lights. But they never put them back on right and did a bad job on connecting the wires. found some lose wires and some shorted out. I fixed all of that now it looks 100% better like new now. Even found one 8' peice of the foam insulation was missing.
One thing I did not understand on the motor was the crome valve covers. But the oil fill tube that goes to the front was not hooked to the valve cover and oil fill cap was there so you needed to open the inside accase cover to add oil. One more easy fix also the breather pipe was not hooked up or even open so the pvc valve was not working no way air can get in to the motor. Not good .Fixed now.
I could write a book on all the little stupid things was done wrong or bad repairs to this motor home. And all my fixes cost almost nothing and was just too easy to fix.
