Anyone Know About Kamp King Koaches?

On the hunt for a C/O and ai'm a sucker for old and odd. So I found a Kamp King C/O and think I want to get it. The water around and n the sink worries me a little but not much. It wouldnt be the first C/O I had to fix up. A few pics.

Bout the same as before, she's definitely a rebuilder. If ya had the time, she'd fixed up nice, the old Kamp Kings were tanks, and some models even had a pop up roof over the cabover and a patio on the roof.
