Atwood 8525II furnace blower not cutting on

I have an Atwood furnace model 8525 II that doesn't cut the blower on when setting the thermostat. If I jump a hot wire to the blue wire on the time delay relay everything works correctly. I can't figure out how the blue wire gets its power. There is a plug at the top left of the heater (above the circuit board) that I cannot disconnect. The thermostat red wire coming in to the plug is tied to a blue wire and has battery voltage when set to come on. The other thermostat wire is white and tied to the other blue wire but it never gets voltage. It seems there is a disconnect where the blue wire gets it power when the thermostat is set for it to come on. What am I missing?
Also, what amp rating would the circuit breaker be for this model? Mine is hot on both terminals whether the breaker button is in or out. I think the manual says 7 amp but not sure.

Found my problem! I had a blowout this summer and a piece of the tire slapped the bottom of the floor where the thermostat wires came out and it pulled a connector off the white thermostat wire. I removed the connector and soldered the wires and that fixed the problem. Heater works great now. I found that the white thermostat wire was connected to a blue wire before it went to the heater. That white wire is the one that was disconnected between the thermostat and the heater.
