Found the problem with the new Norcold not operating on propane today. The piezo lighter was not grounded as the bracket and screw are heavily covered in black paint. Also had to remove it and bend the tip so it was over the burner rather than on the side of the burner tube. I will run a ground wire from the lighter mounting screw to the grounds that come out of the control box. I am going to leave the paint alone so the bracket won't corrode.
I watched the video on the ARP and will buy one and install it also. Probably the one with 2 fans to help out in our Arizona heat.

Dometic took care of issue.....they purchased Atwood. End of competition

yeah.. It's amazing NORCOLD is still around as a manfacturer of cold boxes. This reminds me of the Remington rife misfire that's been going on for 70 years
