Maybe, or might be a private restoration. Notice the pickup has a custom cap with a porthole window in the door to match the trailer. That tells me these these two vehicles are probably meant to travel together. Beautiful work!

The wires were for the clamp on tail lights on the bumper, another reason I figured it was the one from the Sloan museum. I thought anyone who would restore it to tow would convert it to 12 volts. OTOH I can see a museum would only restore it to original, right down to 6v cloth covered wiring, and use clamp on lights.
