Maybe parking break drive shaft type could be stuck after sitting for a while

If they ran the tranny with low fluid, there may be some damage that you cannot fix by just filling the fluid now...
Also, if it has been sitting for a while, the brakes, or the emergency brake may be frozen.
On my 88 Fleetwood, the emergency (or parking) brake is a cable that engages the main brakes, but I have had vehicles where there was a parking brake on the output of the transmission (Drive shaft).
If I were there, I might confirm all the brakes are released...

Pipefitter responded while I was typing.
If you go under, the transmission parking brake will look like a wheel drum on the beginning of the drive shaft, just behind the transmission...
How to assure it is not frozen is beyond my ability to tell you with the limited information and knowledge I have.
If you can lift the wheels, even one at a time, you may be able to spin them a bit to assure the brakes on the wheels are not frozen.

Lift one rear wheel and put transmission in neutral.
If you can turn that wheel, it will turn the drive shaft. If that turns its not the brakes.

Cant get my rv to move!
I don’t think a 1988 E350 will have a driveline parking brake. I think they are on F53s and some newer E450s.
Is it parked on pavement? Or Dirt? If its on dirt, has it sunk in some? Just trying to get a better picture of what’s going on.

This just happened too us in front of our driveway on our 1982 Pace Arrow with just under 60,000 miles, I noticed there was a pull to the left so we started there DRIVERSIDE Caliper froz it took all the 454 put out too get it in the driveway.
We replaced the front and rear pads and front calipers. Wow what a difference.
Look at how "too on utube to do the job it was pretty easy and we are not strong mechanics. I'll feel a lot better going to Yuma now.

Definetly sounds like a frozen brake if not all of them

I agree with everyone who says it's the brakes. Your rig should have the C6 transmission, which is damn-near bulletproof. When you're trying to rock back and forth, be careful and take your time...that 460 is a powerhouse and will break something, if you go balls to the wall.

We tried to rock it a few times before i filled it up w tranny fluid and then i filled it up and just tried to see if it would move and it wouldnt so i just put it in park and let it idle and there was a light smoke around the rv you almost couldn't even see it unless the sunlight was hitting it but i just shut it off and havent been back yet
