Found one at a hole-in-wall muffler shop. The guy wanted $20. Convinced him nobody else would buy it and he bit on $10. 16-1/2" from the 1-1/2" inlet weld to the 1-1/2" outlet with a diameter 3-1/2". Tip to end weld is 2". Unknown brand part # is 190588. With the stock muffler, it lowered the db by 1-2 and made it mellower.

When the fiberglass burns out of that muffler it will get noisier. May take awhile. When I ran the shop I would send the vans with generators out to Midas and they would take care of it. They stocked the muffler IIRC.
Could always check with them.

This is after the stock Onan muffler and spark arrester. At idle, I can leave my hand on it. I checked with Midas. The didn't have anything that small.

Can't see the Onan muffler so did not know it was added on after. This muffler wasn't small enough either from the looks of it, but with the welding it is easy to make it fit.

I cut off a flange along with about 2" of tubing and the heat shield, then cut the stock down pipe from the Onan muffler at the elbow to mate with the muffler. I should have said that along with the stock muffler it lowered the db...
