Couldn't ask for a better deal

Just bought a 87 34' Pace Arrow motor home for $1000.00. The 454 has 30,000 original miles and runs great. Everything on it works perfect. The body is a little faded but in great shape. No tears or wears on the upholstry. Happy as hell. I was in the RV business for 12 years and know a good deal when I see one. One question. How many gallons is the gas tank? It looks like at least 60. Hooking up my 25 ft sailboat behind her and heading for the Gulf of Mexico in about 6 weeks. Hope to see some of you on the road!

Hello,
My 82 PA P30 454/4barrel has a 30 gallon front tank and the rear is 70 gallon total 100. The genie draws from the rear tank. And won't run if that tank gets below 1/4 tank.
Enjoy it sounds like what happened too us but had 44,000 miles on it 6 years ago.
Tim

That is a deal if it all works, but you need to look at the tire dates and maybe replace all the Pre-Alcohol rubber fuel lines with new stuff. And flush the brake system because the fluid has aged out (gotten water in it). All the rubber parts should be looked at. Even a coach that new can have problems.

The front and rear Ac units kick ass, all the lights work, the fridge, 6.5 NHE Onan purrs, the water & sanitation, the oven looks like it was never used, even got a in-house vacum system, came with a new patio room for the Carefree of Col awning. The engine runs great and cool.
