Damp Rear Wall

hello everyone who takes time to read this
As am new to the rv club and i dont know alot about them, other than i think my 1993 bounder is great. But i have damp on the rear wall about 12 inches below the window but in the corner the interior panel has alot of ripples in it. Just how do i go about takeing the interior panel of so i can se where its leaking

Sounds like the windoow is leaking. This is a common area. The wall will need to be opened up from the inside. There is no easy way to save the wall board. Mosy likely not worth saving if it is rippled from water damage. The window most likely have to be removed to make a proper repair, Search this site for window leak repair. Check YouTube also.
