Entertainment System Upgrade

I'm working really hard to bring my "new to me" 1999 Winnebago Adventurer up to par. I bought this unit last August and ran it for a few months and found lots of things that needed repaired (both awnings in terrible shape, generator stopped running, oil leak, exhaust fan that didn't work, cracked skylight) As I'm buying all this stuff it doesn't leave a ton for an entertainment system overhaul but I sucked it up and got a new TV, a wally, new antenna, and switch box. I could honestly kick myself for not researching this more, the antenna I bought looks identical to the one I replaced (probably didn't need to do this) I believe I had a sensor III with the wing, I bought a sensor IV

So before I make anymore dumb moves I thought it be best to ask about the satellite, wally and the giant switch.
First, is it even possible to get the wally to work with the older winegard dish? If the answer is no then the rest of my questions don't matter I guess.
Second, Can I even replace the giant winegard switch box with this new tiny one I bought or does the giant box have some special function for the satellite that I'm not aware of.
Third, (could relate to the second question) Also, there is a light switch plate in the ceiling with a push button and a digital number (what the heck is this)
