Fleetwood Limited mystery plaque

ID:	66354I have a 1988 Fleetwood limited 37J and I recently found this plaque at a yard sale. I have researched and have been inside other Fleetwood Limited motorhomes but have never seen this. Can anyone tell me what year and model Limited it may have come from and where it would have been mounted if at all. There seems to have been an additional section after the "Limited" logo on the plaque, perhaps an owners name or serial number of some sort? Any info or pics would be great, thanks

Hi Skip, this plaque may be an unsolved mystery but it was a cool find and I just need to figure out where to put it. Thanks again for the welcome and looking forward to learning and helping with info and tips on RV ownership.

I wonder if it wasn't part of a dealer display?

Hello JMonroe, it is entirely possible it was some kind of dealer display piece since I can find no other Limited owners who ever saw this plaque. The folks I bought it from had no idea where it may have come from but someone at one time had it mounted since there are screw holes and double sided tape on the back side. I'm sure when I least expect it someone will recognize what it is and the mystery will be over but until then it's fun speculating and knowing it's a pretty rare and cool piece, thanks

My 89 has one mounted inside above the door.
It's mounted to a small shelf above the door that I use to hold my flashlight, handgun and cuffs in.

I'll get you.a picture of the plaque and check for any numbers or anything this evening.

Ok, let's see if these pictures will load from my computer. Wouldn't from my phone yesterday!
Doesn't look like it's going to work from my computer either!

When you get serious about doing a diesel swap PM me and I'll tell you all the dirty details.

If I had it to do over...............I would have put the $10,000 and used it with the trade in for a diesel pusher with a slide out.
Because that's what it cost me to do the conversion. And it still needs another $5,000 to be perfect. And still no slide out.

And I did all the work myself. I only hired a mechanic to regear the rear end while I worked on the engine and tranny installation to save time.

I''m still a gear short. No Overdrive and no lock up torque converter.

My best advice is find a One Ton Dodge Pickup complete and running.
Then swap the engine tranny and wiring harneses together.

I'm still trying to find as 5 or 6 speed Allison I can afford to hot rod up for my motor. I bumped up the Cummins to 350++ HP and the AT542 is woefully short in all catagories.

But I did go from 6 MPG to 10~11 MPG.
With the right transmission it should get 13~14.

I did a complete writeup on Diesel Register .com 13 years ago.

Thanks so much for the pics and info. Funny I set the plaque in the very spot you have yours but was reluctant to drill through my microfiber panel. I guess I'll just redo the top end of my 460 and save about $9500 and deal with the mileage if I ever lose my mind and decide to go diesel you'll be the first I contact lol . Thanks again for all the info and help solving my mystery plaque question
