Fuse Panel Confusion...

I have a 1993 Fleetwood Pace Arrow. I'm having 12 volt chassis fuse problems. My fuse box under the steering side of the dash board has nothing with what the fuses are for. My chassis is made by Oshkosh and is made in 1992. Is there any way to get something to tell me what each fuse is for??? Frustrated at best...

I have a fuse that continues to blow that controls the cooling and heating from the dash board. It also controls something else but I don't know what. I need to know what each fuse is for. What each is connected to.
