Going crazy with this roof leak!

Hello!

We purchased a 1991 21' Cobra seven seas class C. We live in Georgia and I have been trying to stop this leak. The leak originated from the TV antenna, when I got home and really checked it out all the mounts were tore up and the rubber? roof was lifted in that area. I took the antenna off completely, cut a square patch of old roof out and used eternalbond tape, now the water pools in that spot and water drips on the bed. Also right dead center in the same area it looks like someone bolted a patch piece of wood to the roof, its a 4x4 1/2 in thick piece of wood and the rv vent is in the middle. The roof on the inside is dry there.
When we got it last month there was no evidence of any leaks inside our out, So I think it can be saved.

I have done tons of research on this and now I don't know a good way forward.

Soooo I was wondering if I got my self a piece of 4x8 ply wood and bolted it up front on top of the old roof I could fix this stupid leak. Ideas?

To be SURE to fix what you have, pull all the sealer off the roof, and probably pull all the items up. Clean it all very well. The reapply putty to the bottom of trim and fixtures, then screw it down (if nothing is rotted) and then reapply all your sealer on top of it. Otherwise you just keep patching.

all so make sure you dont have a TPO roof too
TPO looks like EPDM so its hard to tell some times youtube has a good video to tell

TPO is hard to get any thing to stick too you think you got it and 3 months latter its back

Clean the surface with alcohol and let dry.
