Lynne, yes Andi's email would be nice! If I can make my reservation that way, it would make things much easier! I can try to call, and see if I can get through, but when I do, my # shows very long and unfamiliar to most, and most people hang up, thinking it is a bogus # calling them! Even my banker in Las Vegas hung up on me, and I had to send her a email telling her it was me, and to pickup!
The CG in Maine would not take my money over the phone or email and told me to just wait till I arrived to pay them! And if you want to call her, and explain my situation, at least she will have a heads up!
Just part of living over here, I guess! Rail!

Got my reservations for site #28. Andi thought we were staying 13 nites. I had her change mine to 14 nites. From July 29 thru Aug 11, departing on Aug 12. She said we would get the 7th day free anyway but y'all might want to confirm your dates to keep your spot for the last night. If your plans are to make Aug 11 your last night.

Hello M&G,
Rail, check your e-mail please. Sent an e-mail to Andi and you both so she knows you are with the group.
Also told her about RonJHall's son coming.
Ron, the date thing was my fault. Easy enough to fix. Thank you! Lynne

Lynne, sent a email to Andi, and waiting for a response! Thanks!
The next M&G is coming together! Will be nice to meet RonJ and his son and family!
I was looking at the map, and may go straight north from Decatur, up thru Wisconsin, and come in from the west to St Ignace! That will avoid all the crappy roads in Indiana and Michigan! I used to go that way in the semi, after delivering to the casinos in northern Michigan and the U.P.! Very nice scenic drive! Plus it will get me away from all the traffic around Chicago and N. Indiana!
Gordon, I would think you will come in this way also, maybe cross the border at International Falls? And take hwy. #53 down to hwy. #2 on across!
Ron, you are welcome to stop by Wes's and run on up with me if you like also! We could meet up with Tim and Joe too, if they are coming?! Gordon and Janet also, if the timing is right!
Rail!

Got through to Andi yesterday afternoon. Made reservation for a cabin with bathroom. While not close to the group I will be spending lots of time with son and his family in site #41.
Going to be nice meeting some of the people on Good Morning thread.

Hello M&G,
Rail, figured sending out the e-mail that way would work easiest for both of you.
RonJ, the cabin is pretty close really. Simple walk out the door, turn left, turn left at road, take about 75 steps and at son's site. Ron and Rail are right across from him. Will work out fine.
I am going to call today. Figured she would be busy yesterday with ya all.
Windy today and rainy. No damage here but field across the road has a lake in it this morning again. Not sure we are going to get any dry weather prior to leaving for Yuma.
Later all! Lynne

That’s good.
Need to check with son. His reservation came out 14 days. We may both change our dates to line up with what days he can get off.
Thanks again for all your time spent putting this together.

You're welcome RonJ!
Our reservations are made.
There will also be a large group in the cabins while we are there. CG is filling up.
Rail, I told her about the e-mail to both of you so she will look and get with you today.

We are in Site 23 and confirmed for 14 days.
Andi says she was invited to our potlucks. I confirmed that she would be welcome. Seems to be a very nice lady who will be fun to have join us.
Stan Our plan is to cross south of Winnipeg and follow highway 2 under Superior and come in the north side. If that takes us near Wes's place we would be happy to meet up with you. If you send me Wes address I will put it in the GPS and include it in our route.

Gordon, Wes' house is way out of your way, he lives in Argenta, Illinois which is south of Rt. 2 about 250 miles so a 500 mile out of the way detour! We could meet up in Wisconsin up by Rt. 2
If you like! We will have to coordinate the time and date, for sure! Rail!

Was wondering about location. Geographically challenged in the east.
Meeting up would be great. It is 2700 km (1700 miles) according to the GPS from here to the campground. GPS also says 28h 1m of moving time. As I recall there were numerous small towns with reduced speed. We are planning on about a 3 1/2 day trip from here. We travelled the area a long time ago on motorcycles skipping on and off of 2. Some really pretty country through the lakes.

Would love to meet up again Stan and travel to the M&G together. Hooking up with Gordon in Minnesota sounds like fun also. Should be about the same 1700 miles for me if I go thru Denison TX again to see Harvey and Glenda and check on the progress of the barndominium. Expect total trip will take me about a week. Want to stop over in Kansas to have Ready Brake toad braking system worked on at the factory.

Ron, Minnesota would be out of my way, going to the U.P.! I will go straight north up into Wisconsin, and angle up to the north east, thru Green Bay, and on up and intersect with Rt. 2! I can go a few different ways!
If you are going to Kansas, you may want to head on up north into Iowa, stop at WD's new CG, then go on up and meet up with Janet and Gordon, and then travel together into Wisconsin, then meet up with me in Northern Wisconsin!
I was thinking about going up thru WD's also, but it would be way out of my way to do so! We will see? And if Tim and Joe are coming, we could have us a convoy!
I have not got a email from Andi yet?, so I may try to call her this evening, (her morning)?
Rail!
