The RV Resort that I spoke of has Chalets not a cabin but very nice we have stayed in one just too get to see what it was like. They have a kitchen a living room and a bedroom. Off street parking, @ chalet close to RV's, Shuttle every 20 minute's, Each Chalet has there own Deck also. Or 2 hotels on site Did you take a lookie at the park?

Ocanefam,
I agree with Lynne, Even though you don't have an RV yet, we need to be able to accommodate you, after all you are part of our family here.

Does not matter to us which campground we choose. We will be driving about 2000 miles so bit more or less will not matter. Matters that no one is excluded. We want chalets or cabins.

Hi All,

Todd, with all the available CG's around we will find one with a cabin, rental RV, or Chalet, one things or another. We are just looking around and will find the right place for everyone. Some have further to drive than others and I am trying to take that into consideration also.

We want everyone to have a good time and an easy trip. Will keep looking. Lynne

I appreciate all those helping with ideas of where to look. Perhaps for Gordon we could find something more Northern to lessen their travel distance.

369 days left to work

Lynne it does not matter for us. If we are able to come we will likely go through South Carolina to go to the Freightliner chassis shop.

Lynne,
Tim might just have something with the Resort that he told us about, what do you think?

Afternoon,

Tim, that picture with the white stuff is enough to scare the heck out of someone that lives in a state that does that stuff and is seeing the trees changing colors already. WOAH! I do not want to see this coming so am trying to ignore it completely.

I went to the website and cannot see any booking possibility for August 2017. I will call them when I get a chance and see what is up unless someone else wants to. Can they accommodate us and costs. Couldn't see a site map either. Maybe I am not looking correctly. The location might be a bit cooler there too for August.

Will check it out Wednesday when I have a day off. Lynne

Thinking that something closer to BAP would be in order for the first outing.

I sent a note to Kentucky tourism to see if they had a line on any campgrounds that might meet the criteria for a group of us.

Good Morning,

Place in MN has a 3 day limit on staying according to me trying to book in May. I put in a week and it limited it said that length of stay not allowed. Not sure.

I agree with Kentucky and closer to Bap and Debbie. So far that is where the vote is going and only Bap had not voted and I think we can all understand why. Couple people chose no place but where we all can be together so with that all said, I am going to concentrate on Kentucky and look only there.

Gordon please let me know if you come up with anything from the tourism board. I will be hitting RVParky and seeing what they have. Looks like there are a lot of parks, I just need to find the one meant for us.

Will let you know. Lynne
