Ron,
Rita and I are looking at yellowstone, and then site seeing down to Yuma. Arriving there on the 1st of October. A lot depends on weather where we go. Open to suggestions or if you want to travel together, thats ok too. We are booked at beaver lake till the 5th.

Hello M&G,

Sue from Beaver Lake called today to ask about our group since we are from all over. She had another question but that came up so I explained how we had met here and that if we pick up more members for M&G during the year we may need more spots. Hope that answers your question Tim.

Rail, she was going to E-mail you to get your info so they will be contacting you. I think it is just going to take a few days for them to get to all of you.

With Charlie & Martha that would make 9 of the 12 spots I asked for.

We have been to Yellowstone and it is worth the trip. Beautiful! Grand Canyon is the same. I prefer the North Rim over the South but it is a further drive. The campgrounds are well wooded and busy. Had a elk walking through with her calves.
Just ambled on through like it was a normal walk. The canyon is amazing.

The drive through these areas is beautiful and I am so glad we are going here. We are in for some amazing sites and we don't have to wait 18 months for the next M&G to arrive. Only 10 months until we meet up again.

See ya! Lynne

Hello M&G,

Good Ted, glad you got the request in. Looking forward to it already.

Terry, do you know if Butch & Fran are coming?

Has anyone heard from Jay?

Lynne

We are currently asking for reservations from August 19th - September 1st, but may adjust some.

We are planning to take a while getting there, and will most likely do more while going home...

Hello M&G,

It looks as if 9 of the 12 reserved spots have been taken. With Bruce & Fran and Bobby & Sally taking 2 of them (when they get to it) we would have only one spot left.

I sent an e-mail today to Beaver Lake CG asking them to add spots 37 & 82 just in case we get more wanting to come in during the year. These spots would be held until June and then go back out for them to use for others if no one else joins us.

One of the things Vicky told me was that if the spots in the middle of our reserves did not get taken they would expect us to move in to our group. She felt we would not want them renting them to other people. I told her we wouldn't care and probably would invite them anyway. How do you feel about this if say spot 44 does not reserve out to one of us. Should we move someone in here or let them rent it out to someone not in M&G Group?

Lynne

I think they should be able to rent any spot we don’t reserve.... no reason they should loose the income due to us... just my 2 cents...

Hello M&G,

They are willing to save the other two spots until February. I am fine with them putting people in-between us since most camping people are friendly.

If we get new people into the group past February then they will get whatever spot they can find. Hoping Jay and Bobby will reserve a spot too.

Lynne
