Lloyd, Sorry to hear about the rig. Very happy to hear that all of you are ok, and hope your injuries are very minor. Our thoughts and prayers as you work through the aftermath.

Good morning all. Starting travel back to Texas in the toad this morning. Around 16 hours driving the toad.
Lloyd, make sure you save the blown out tire for inspection by insurance agent. Safe travels today for all on the road.

Holy Crap! I just heard about this this morning! Glad everyone is OK! Get your shoulder looked at, and your thumb too!
Everyone that has not experienced a front tire blow out has no idea of the force and strength it sometimes takes to hold it on the road! You did your job, Lloyd, and kept it upright and your family safe! Miss Prissy can be fixed or replaced! Please keep us updated! Rail!

Lloyd,
I'm just reading about this today. I didn't get a chance to check the thread yesterday.
I am so sorry that this had to happen to you guys. As Frank said if you need help unloading the coach just say the word. Martha and I can run up and help you if you like. I am so very happy that you were able to maintain the control you needed to stay upright. Good job. I am also very happy that you are all safe.

I'll add my well-wishes to the others. Guardian angels were working overtime, I figure. Glad everyone came through as well as can be expected.

I think we passed the spot where your tire blew out. The cables were broken and several posts were laying flat on the ground. You are really lucky that it didn't happen while you were crossing one of those tall bridges. I hope you recover from your injuries soon. I know a really good shoulder surgeon in Winston if it comes to that. Take care and our thought are with you and your family.

We made it home about 8:00 PM ET. We didn't have any real issues, but we took it slow and played it safe. We hope everyone one else has a safe trip home as well.

Hello M&G,
Lloyd, Debbie, Marie, and kitties. Thank God you are all mostly alright. Wow, nice save keeping it on the road Lloyd. So sorry about this but when you all survive you can sit back and look at the damage and think, "Wow, we survived"! Prayers out to all of you for healing and the right solution for the MH.
We arrived in Jacksonville safe and sound about 2pm. There was a huge delay on the HWY because of an accident. There were four cars involved and it didn't look good. Delays of an hour or so.
Good meet with my Brother and SIL. I am staying at the rig this am getting it cleaned up and the boys are going golfing. Wanted to give my SIL some down time because 2 weeks ago she broke her back AGAIN. She will keep trying to entertain me and if I am not there for a few hours she will rest. I need to do the cleaning anyway.
It will be a short visit but it is great to see them again. It has been 6 yrs.
I am going to get busy here. You all take care and thank you GOD for keeping your eyes out for our friends. Lynne

Hi all!
Sorry we have been away, it has been very busy after the accident. Got home at 8pm Tuesday night, then left at 6am to go back with our daughter and husband to get the coach stuff. Got there about 12:30, left at 5pm and got home this morning at 1am.
This morning got up early and went to the ER for a diagnoses on my hand, it is not broken or dislocated,,, doctor couldn't comment on ligaments and tendons, but said he thinks my thumb is sprained. Suggested I see if it gets better, if not reffered us to a speacialist who could look deeper. Sorta wait and see.
Going to write up about the wreck in a different thread, will post you all the link when it is done.
Insurance company is having Ms Prissy hauled to Charleston WV today, they will evaluate there.
We are all ok, thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. Today we are resting.
L.
