Good Morning;
Golf was cancelled yesterday so spent the day moping. Cleared up in the afternoon so got some stuff done.
Today is gorgeous. Working on patio stone sidewalk is in my future.
Lynne found a coach that looks pretty nice. Lots of really nice features that would make it a great unit to own.
May the best of your today be the worst of your tomorrow.

Clearing BlackBerry vines all around the property. The thumb the son put on the backhoe really makes it nice. Can grab a large bunch and really RIP and tear. Had vines going up 40 foot or more in some of the trees. Found several strange trees growing in among the Rodies so pulled them out by the roots. Didnt know that the neighbor had planted Ivy between us now it is taking over. Had pics but don't know how to include them.

Question about my Monaco with 5.9 Cummins. Leaving Memphis last week on the drive up to Argenta IL to meet Stan and Jira the temp gauge started reading erratically., Normal is to run around 180 maybe 190. Even on most severe climbs in Utah and Wyoming last year it never topped 200. But on this morning temps would run back and forth from around 200 to 220. And back and forth. Then it cleared up in a total of maybe 30 miles and ran normal the remainder of trip.
Then today it did it again, back and forth from 200 to 220. Slowed for construction for many miles and it went back to normal and ran last 150 miles normal.
Coolant level is good. Oil level is good. No dash lights. Stan thinks maybe sensor but I do not know. I am betting stuck thermostat. Any guesses?

Yes it is. Can be adjusted to give different sized bites of junk. Or clear out of the way for just digging.

Good Morning;
Successful day yesterday working on the sidewalk installation. Able to get a lot of the gravel excavated on the tie in to the garage pad. More to go today but the toughest is done. Weatherman calling for rain showers this morning.
Chuck it sounds like you are having too much fun. I love using our tractor. Am thinking I need a small tracked hoe but no place to store it. I think I will rent one if I really need it. We have some brush I would like to clean out but it looks like it will have to wait till next year. Perhaps you could bring yours up for a while?
Unsure about the issue of the erratic gauge. I wonder if it could be a poor connection to the sensor that fixes itself once it gets warm? It has been long while but recollection was there was a clip that slipped on to the top of the sender. A bit of dielectric grease on it?
Hope everyone on the road has safe travels and those and home are feeling great.
May the best of your today be the worst of your tomorrow.

Good Morning Gang,
We are in Smithers, BC this morning, heading to Prince George today. Have not had cell coverage for a couple days. Tons of wildlife along the way, and beautiful scenery. It has been a rough few days on vehicles in the group, broken mounting bolts and brackets and frame rails that hold the base plates on, one 45' coach broke the pinion shaft on the rearend yesterday. A couple more flat tires on toads.. All in all everyone is still in good spirits. Only 4 more days left till we leave our new friends and continue our journey down the west coast to Yuma.
Gordon,
We will be at the Diamond Grove RV. Campground in Edmonton on the 10th. Not sure how close to you this is.
Lynne,
Nice looking coach. Good luck in finding what you want.
Meet & Greeters,
Safe travels and enjoy, wish we were with you , but without transporters, just too hard to be 2 places at the same time, ha, ha.
Have a great day all,
Frank

Next year meet and greet 2020.
Lynn, I vote for the Michigan location next year. Do I even get a vote? DH worked on our HiLo today. He put in a more modern thermostat that we purchased at Walmart. Spent quite a bit of time trying to install a new tank monitor. DH thinks it may require electric/converter to work? We will see if it works when we are out camping. Saturday DH will install the wired in surge protector. Should take most of the day. I am trying to get DH resolved to the fact that come OCT. he needs to take our HiLo to OHIO so the seals between the layers can be changed out. We changed out the seals in our old RV. It wasn't a perfect job as you would need a crane to seperate the halves. Right now the seals keep the dirt out 95% of the time. However, you can see evidence of orange crumbling material. Ohio is the nearest repair place that I trust to do the work. It has good reviews. Have fun in Maine.
