Sorry about the short post earlier, Rita had a problem with the toilet, the foot pedal broke, so it wouldn't flush. Nobody had parts in stock, so ended up with new toilet. It was actually easier to install new one than rebuild old one, and not that much more expensive. Took longer to find one in stock than to install it.
Chuck,
Just got done talking with Darryl, he was walking his dog.

Good Evening,

Absolutely lovely day here in MI. Would love to see more of those but know they won't last. Jerry cut down the asparagus patch today. He found some new growth and enjoyed it while cutting.

Getting things slowly done outside but not too worried about getting it done. Get to it this year or in the spring.

Frank, sure hope that some of that 90* weather is still there when we get there. Getting the rig out of storage Sunday, couple days to pack and heading out. Are there enough people there yet to play Hand & Foot?

Lloyd, you've been awfully quiet lately. You two ok?

Wish all those traveling a safe journey. Lynne

Across the street, store front is gone, removing the concrete floor now! The little trac-hoe has a hydraulic hammer and a bucket, so making short order of things, and hauling it off with two trucks!

Yes there is!
Every time someone orders a fiber optic hookup, they just run a new line!
We are responsible for four of those line's! They have started cleaning up the dead lines, but have not got here yet! These are not as bad as some I have seen! Google Bangkok power lines!
Rail!

Drinking first cup of hot coffee. 48° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 70° with few clouds. Got charging port working on golf Cart yesterday. Today I am going to start taking rocks out of garden pond. That should be good for a aching back.

Rail, wires look like what we saw in Mexico. Except every pole had a bunch of loose wire hanging from it.

Good Morning All.

Good morning all!

We are back home from the beach. Went in John`s coach with him, didn`t take a car just our bikes. Fun time. The park we stayed at had lots of shopping, places to eat etc all in easy biking distance. Spent 2 nice afternoons on the beach. Arrived back here at 10pm last night.

61* headed for 78* today. Weather this time of year here is so nice.

Rail, that pole looks like a scene of Algadones. Crazy wiring there as I know you are aware. Even inside the buildings, judging from our dentist office.

Frank, surprised they didn't have toilet parts. Were they avail but not in stock? Your rig isn't that old.

Saturday have a ride with son's VFW group. Fund raiser for vets here in our county. Got to get the wing ready, which is okay given it needs to be ready for Yuma anyway.

Have a great day all.

L.

Good Morning;
-7 (19F) here at the moment.

Today is the big switcharoo in the shed. Bringing the trailer out to start loading the motorcycles, etc. That means there will be a bunch of other stuff being moved as well.

Tilled most of the garden yesterday. Remainder of the root vegetables coming off today.

Going to be a busy day.

May the best of your today be the worst of your tomorrow.

Lloyd,
They had the seal kit, but not the ball or the foot pedal, which is what broke. Everybody is switching to Dometic stuff and not stocking the Thetford stuff.
Chuck,
Darryl said hi back at you, he came to happy hour yesterday.
Gordon,
Sounds like we will see you guys sometime next week. Safe travels .
Have a great day all,
Frank

Good Morning,

Coffee good this morning and the sun is out again! Going to head out for some of that yard work I did not get done while helping at our son's house.

Got a pile of things to put in the rig when we get her back here. Going to remove some things we did not use last year and probably won't use this year either. Put some water in the fresh water tank and everything else is ready to go.

E-bikes. Some of the trails are banning e-bikes unless you have a medical need to ride one. One of the reasons I ride one is because of my spine. I have 2 spinal fusions and cannot ride a regular bike without putting a lot of stress on my spine, especially going up hills. The e-bike makes it possible for me to ride long distances.

Saw the doctor Tuesday and she wrote me a prescription stating I need the e-bike due to my spine. Last year she was really against the e-bikes. Kind of scolded me for it. She went on a ride of 350 miles and ran into several people on e-bikes. One Lady was 78 yrs old. She changed her mind about the e-bikes for older people and for people with medical reasons after talking to one particular group. Nice to see this change. Just need to get this laminated now. Maybe will take the bike to Mackinaw Island next summer and ride around the Island.

Everyone take it easy and have a great day! Those traveling watch out for the other guy. Lynne

Good Evening,

Got outside today to a beautiful, sunny, day to do some yardwork. Got my largest flower bed cleaned up and hauled off to the burn pile. Got another decent size flower bed cleaned up and hauled up. Did two others earlier in the summer and did a little bit more on them. Only one more to do and I think that one is going to wait until next summer since I want to take some things out and put some new things in. Glad to be done with what is done. Sure looks nice.

Jerry got the lawn mowed (for the last time this year) and I did the trimming. Gorgeous day! The kid next door will mow the lawn again if necessary and keep the sidewalks shoveled when the white stuff falls.

Saturday we are having a Thanksgiving dinner / birthday party with the kids. Love Turkey! Get Miss May on Sunday and get her packed and then head out Wednesday more than likely.

Have a great night all! Lynne
