Evening all!

The coach is ready! Spotless out side and in. Look'in good. The bike is cleaned and loaded in the trailer, the trailer is clean and in the barn. We are ready for a Thursday noon departure....... well I suppose we should take some clothes and food.... LOL.... got to pack that.

Gordon, we know the owners of Iron Horse, we have been visiting there for years. They have 6 sites with hookups, 3 are full hookups.

Terry, you need to stop there on your trip, it is a really great place, in a fantastic location. You will never find riding better than out of the Iron Horse.

Frank and I swapped PM's, he may stop in a stay over on his way south to Florida in October. It will be fun to put faces with names!

Have a good evening all!

L.

Morning,
Picked up my brother @ the hospital Saturday morning and brought him back to his place. They want to be sure he will be able to get around. He did fine I took him around his property (slowly) on the golf cart. He found more work for us to do. As far as I know discharge is set for Tuesday. I just can't believe his recovery has gone so well. Thanks for the prayers.
I will remember the honey for bee stings, Thanks.
Took the MH to get propane $1.69 a gallon it was nice to get her back on the road, although it was only 10 miles RT it was nice to get her on the road again.
That's it from here.
Have a great week. Again Thanks for the prayers.

Wayzata Police were dispatched to the accident at 1:57 p.m. in the 1800 block of Wayzata Boulevard in Long Lake. The motorcyclist, a 62-year-old man from Greenfield suffered serious injuries, and was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center. The driver of the van, a 68-year-old Faribault man, was in full cardiac arrest upon the officer's arrival. Despite attempts at life-saving measures, he died at the scene

Tim,
Really glad to hear that your brother is recovering well, it will be good for him to get home.
Lynne,
It is a wonderful thing to go and enjoy for the weekends, you would love the spot we are in on Lake Erie. Hearing the waves plash onto shore, really is relaxing. Only a couple more weeks till Frankenmuth.
Lloyd,
I sent you another PM, If nothing happens to change our plans we will stop at your place and get to visit for a day, it will be nice to put another face with the name, Rita and I are excited about meeting.
Have a great day all,
Frank

Well good morning All.

Enjoy reading your posts even though I don't post in this thread often.

Got the unit all cleaned up and prepped. Departing tomorrow for a couple of weeks to Newfoundland.

Bringing in laws two dogs and a cat. First time for in laws, their dog and our cat. Buddy my bulldog travels just fine.

Will be visiting some family while there and taking my passengers on a bit of a tour. Going to hit Gros Morne, Avalon peninsula and St Johns. Hoping for decent weather especially for the crossing on the ferry.

I wish I could hear the waves (and the Loons ) from my campsite.
But I get a close-up dose while I'm working.
4 days of that left to do....................but I'll be here till the Thursday after Labor Day. that's set in jello.

Gordon
I'm heading to my mom's area so I can take her and her sister to the beaches for picnics !!!!!! I promised them once a week , weather permitting. I video the ocean every trip (with extra of them talking to each other , (which I'll be able to play back long after they're gone) nice bonus.

Now back to business.......................

Miramichi,
Glad that you posted and that you are getting out and enjoying your unit. One of our friends from Ontario, his mother lives in Newfoundland and he tells us how nice it is up there, so enjoy and have a safe trip.

Morning all! From work !

68 here this morning, headed to 92. Chance of thunderstorms.

We have the dinning room table loaded with stuff to be carried to the coach. Spent an easy 2 1/2 hours last night looking for Deb's camera. She hadn't used it since we moved last Thanksgiving to the new place. She has a really nice setup, lenses, tripod, etc etc and dang if we could find it. She sounded like Popeye along the way,,, Arrrrrgh! Then after 2 1/2 hours she went back one more time and looked where she said it wasn't and Whaa Laaa there it all was. Phew! It reinforced I hate moving!

Deb takes great pictures. Not sure if I will be able to share any of hers on here during the trip, her camera is very high pixels,,, they are big files. But I will share some with my genius phone.

Have a great day all!

L.

Lloyd,
I know what you mean about the phone being smarter than me, I got my 1st smart phone about 2 months ago and still can barely use it. Glad that Deb found her camera.
Terry,
You guys enjoy up there and have a safe ride.
Frank
