Good Evening Gang,

My Birthday is Feb 3rd. Happy late Birthday Frank! I need to start writing these down to make sure I keep up on ya all.

Next two days off so I will be making cookies tomorrow. Love homemade stuff.

The stew was good and so was the bread Gordon. We ever meet up I'll make us some.

It would be great to meet for Birthdays someday on a warm beach somewhere. We went to San Carlos Mexico a few years back for my birthday. De-ice the plane when we left here and 94 in Mexico. IT WAS WONDERFUL!

See ya all tomorrow. Have a great night and prayers out to all in need. Lynne

Looking forward to it Lynne. Bonus on the stew and bread. Best part would be Janet and I meeting the two of you.

Made some wild rice turkey soup for dinner tonight. Janet made biscuits. Got the turkey bones yesterday. The park cook took the turkeys out to defrost and they went way too fast so the decision was made to cook them and freeze the meat for later turkey a la king. Janet and I helped carve them and managed to score a pot full of bones.

Result - home made turkey soup. Followed by ice cream!!!

Good Morning gang,
Thanks for the b'day wishes. Yes Rail, he still gets around good, although I can see him starting to slow down and he is having trouble with loosing the words he wants to say, he gets frustrated when he has to quit before he is done with a project because his legs give out on him. I keep telling him that he does more at his age than a lot of people do or can do at our age.
Safe travels to all that are on the road,
Frank

Good Morning Gang,

Gordon, sounds like we love the same foods. Jerry and I would love to meet up with you two too. Having met Frank and Rita, Curtis and Melissa, we know that the ones we meet seem like old friends.

I think back to writing letters and you got to know people before you met them and found things in common or the writing burnt out. So when you did meet, you were old friends. This is very similar.

Bap, I don't think Debbie would be upset about the "pretty but mean as all heck" comment because she sounds like a realistic lady and knows how to love and be kind when it calls for it. Those type of gals seem to call it like it is and not give a crap.

Coffee great this AM. Presently sunny and 36 going to 48 today and 50's tomorrow. I am loving this weather! Snow will probably be gone and not in any hurry for it to return.

Frank, a lot of my older patients do much better than the younger ones because they know how to and still work harder than those young ones. If a person is young and has no real medical issues but is already acting 80 then they are not going to do well. I love my older patients because they are real and ethical. So much fun at times.

Got to get busy with cookies, you all have a vey "Happy Thanksgiving" tomorrow. Lynne

Another cold one here last night , no surprise there..

Hope all of you have a great day tomorrow !
Safe travels to those that are or going to be on the road.

Good health to all that are fighting with that too!

I'm very thankful to have found this bunch.
You are all on my list of good friends and I'm sure that will stay the same even after I actually meet ya !

Hey Popeye,

You still in the parking lot boondocking? If so, I hope they get done soon and I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Yup , yup still here ! 3 1/2 weeks so far. I'd be boondocking someplace else if not there so not a real problem.

It's a big truck/trailer repair and they do a lot of fleet stuff so those guys get priority , I do get the friends and family rate so worth waiting .

If we get any serious snow , I'll probably move somewhere else to be out of the way as their lot will get smaller as snow piles up !!

Hope Thanksgiving is filled with family, friends and turkey for everyone.

I am skipping appi's and desert and will be sticking with the meat and potatoes. Hope you all get to choose what goes on your plate and your fork.

Good evening, all, and Happy Thanksgiving! Two campers staying here in the park through Saturday. Temps down to about 40 this morning, but the coffee was still good. Prayers out to those having medical issues. We will go to DD's house for turkey and all the trimmings tomorrow.
