Good Morning.
Made it home yesterday. Wouldn't you know it we arrived to snow. Sure feels a lot more like Christmas than the browns of the desert.

Had to run out this morning and buy a new wireless router. The old one packed it in so a run to town and a quick setup and I am now back on the web.

Also picked up some winter fuel for the tractor so will be out "playing" in the snow shortly. Not really enough to push but will pack what we have down so we have a snow base for future plowing.

Have a great day.

Good Afternoon Gang,
Been super busy and just haven't had time to get on, sorry folks.
Tim,
Sorry about your brothers fire, i spent 27 years on the vol fire dept, so I understand what he is going through.
Lynne,
My understanding is that they are all booked up for the season this year, i think it is 77 sites. But never fear, they should have another 140 sites built by next fall. If you are thinking about coming down for a week or 2, Pm me with the dates and I check on a site. Also did you get the pics Rita sent you of the lights?
Rail,
Got and answered your PMs, Best of luck on your check up.
Gordon,
Again, safe travels .
Later gang,
Frank

Good morning, everyone!! No coffee for me today, Wow!! Been awhile since I did not have any at all!
Everything is all good with the first Radiation Dr. report! She set me up for a 6 month app. for next year! Yeah! Now I go see the two surgeon's tomorrow! My PSA went up slightly, about 2/100th of a point, so not much to worry about there! I also put on some weight, so I can see some more walking/exercise in my future!
Everyone have a great day! Rail!

Morning,
Coffee was a little bitter this am,
Another sleepless night.
Gordon glad you guy's made it home. Hope you have fun plowing,
I'll miss it "NOT"
Man was it windy here yesterday Wow, I could fell it in the MH yesterday. I'm glad it was rain (lots of it) and not snow we would have gotten buried.
Much better so far this AM.
Well todays the big day, Our departure date. I don't think we'll get out of here until noon if even then. I am ready, have to fill a couple water jugs and Joe has to still pack, If we don't get out today the temps are going to fall out of the bottom and the forecast's are looking like snow, so its today.
Saw my brother yesterday, he stopped by, had to go to the bank with him. His insurance adjuster is coming out to the farm today. . So far I don't think he will be able to rebuild to the original size for what they will pay. Maybe a nice Pole Barn.
bap hoping Debbie does good, prayers sent. If I missed any one good thoughts coming your way.
Everybody, Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Hopeing the next post will be from out on the road,
Tim

Good Morning Everyone;
Had a great day yesterday. Installed the router and it worked first time. Seems faster than the old one but that is because I bought a faster one!!! LOL.

Then went out and plowed the yard. Couple hours of enjoyment. I like sitting on the tractor mowing or plowing. There is a sense of accomplishment with the progress that gives instant feedback. Supposed to snow some more so I will be well amused.

Tim - have a safe trip down to Quartzite. I am sure you will stop if you encounter bad weather. Wally docking is a great alternative to being on icy or snowy roads. The highway people will be out fixing any problems as quickly as they can so a day or two is not worth taking risks.

Back to a routine here. Did not take long.

Did notice the price of groceries is up substantially from when we left. Not sure what or why that is the case as the price of fuel is down about 30%. Corporate greed I guess.

Great news on the checkup Rail. Hope the surgeons continue with the good news. Great news that you have gained some weight. Bad news is having to exercise. I think you have the motivation so it will not take long to get back into the range you want.

Scrawley - big al is looking mighty fine.

Frank - sounds like you are busy and enjoying it.

Everyone have a great day.

Good Afternoon Gang,
Gordon,
Glad that you made it home safe and sound, and that you are enjoying the blasted white stuff.
Tim,
Safe journey, and enjoy your trip. Hope that you don't hit any bad weather. If you do, like Gordon says, pull over and stop till it is cleared up. Just not worth the risk.
Bap,
Our prayers are with Debbie.
Rail,
Glad that you had a good checkup.
Have a great day all,
Frank

YUP - we are having a snowfall. Getting psyched up to go out and plow snow.

Good evening, gang. Hung out at the S&B for 1 1/2 days. Good to be back in the fiver. Coffee was pretty good today. We had some wind gusts that had the fiver rocking pretty good. It blew over the slinky, as well. Cooler, but no really cold weather yet. Safe travels, to those of you who are mobile.

Wow Gordon, you got that song stuck in my head! (and visions of plowing, I used to enjoy that as well)

Rail, good news!

Bap, my Debbie and I are pulling for your Debbie. Hope all goes great.

Oh my goshk.......
It figures a guy that lives in Texas would enjoy plowing snow !

We still don't have any here but if you want , I'll let you know when it starts so you can come on up to play !!!!
(I'd do anything to never have to see any for the rest of my life......maybe I should rig the Moho with pontoons and head over to stay with Rail????)

Spritz
Just don't try driving in the snow , even if you can get some CLACers to install 4 wheel drive in it !

Scrawley
Big Al,,,, perfect name.

Terry
I'm sure that hitch will make the 5er a real happy camper

Merry Christmas to all
and to all a goodnight........
