Gordon, glad that you are finally getting to enjoy the warm weather.
Lynne, Just keep your chin up and keep looking at MH's, before you realize it, you will find the one you are looking for(or it may just find you). 3 years will go by before you know it. Seems like yesterday I retired and this is already my 2nd winter out of the cold.

Good morning everyone! Great to see some new faces on here! The coffee is tasting very good this morning! Warming up some here, still kind of cool in the morning's, but nice the rest of the day!
Lynne, if you tell me what kind of MH you are wanting, I am always looking , and enjoy the hunt! I am always finding great buys, and good deals! Do you want a gas or diesel? What price range? What year? Give me some idea, and if I come across a good deal, I will send you a PM!
Gordon, enjoy the warm weather, and get that bike out and ride!
Frank, when do you pack up and leave Florida? As we will be coming down that way in April?
You never know, may run into you!
Everyone stay warm, where ever you are! Rail!

Good morning group, 30 overnight headed to 50 today and for the coming week. No excuse now not to get chores done around the place. I see stretching field fence in the coming days! Sooner I get these things done the sooner I can hit the road again!

Well my fence has two purposes keep cows in, keep 4 wheelers out. Had barb wire that had more gaps than a bad set of teeth so finally stripped it all down and decided on the field fence. May try the charged fence to move them around the different areas of pasture. I'll let son make that call, he's the Ranch Boss, I'm just a hand now. Funny how years past it was a job to get him motivated on chores, now he wears me out. I'm good till the heat hits then it's mountain time or beach time, I like to stay well rounded between them! Lol

Back from a round of golf. I'm whipped! Walked the course, tried to dig up most of the places I walked. Threw a couple balls in the water. Legs hurt, hardly lift my arms above my shoulders.

Back at it next Tuesday.

IMO the important part of retirement is keeping busy. Hobbies, travel, volunteering - does not matter. Just so we have a purpose in life and in something we enjoy.

Have a great day all.

Frank,

I want a used gasser, 2 slides, 34 to 37 ft, would really prefer a Newmar or Fleetwood, or Monaco. I have been close twice but the Newmar I looked at had two soft spots in the roof from leaks. It had been fixed and no stains inside. Low miles if possible, and between $30,000 and $40,000. Just haven't quite seen the right rig yet. I have one I am looking at that Terry sent me. They are sending me more pictures. Thank you for offering to help.

Otherwise, had a great cup of coffee, busy day today, and off tomorrow but my niece and her baby are coming from Colorado and I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!! So, will see you all in the morning.

Lynne

Good morning all,

Terry, we got the wind, it is howling out there but it is supposed to be in the 30's today. Niece coming from Colorado with her new baby can't wait. Cooking a big Thanksgiving type dinner today for family so it will be a good day.

Hope you all have a wonderful day and enjoy your golf game. Lynne
